9 odesigns offers 3 types of t-shirts for adults: women’s, men’s and unisex styles. There are so many different types of t-shirt material; and, of course, with that, comes personal preference. Some people prefer thinner, looser t-shirts, while others prefer a thicker and heavier t-shirt.
With options such as 100% cotton, 100% polyester, tri-blend, poly-cotton blend and polyester blend, I decided to order a variety of different t-shirts to test the quality of them. Not only is the quality of the t-shirt important; but also, the quality of the DTG print on that t-shirt. So, after my research of t-shirts and prints, I decided on the following:
Women’s
The women’s t-shirt is soft, has a feminine cut and creates a fitted and flattering look. It has a standard length and the fabric easily gives into movement.
- 100% combed ringspun cotton
- Heather gray is 90% combed ringed cotton and 10% polyester
- Medium weight (4.3oz.); medium softness
- Side-seamed – constructed by sewing 2 parts together, creating a fitted look
- Shoulder-to-shoulder taping

Men’s
The men’s fitted t-shirt is soft, form-fitting (but not too tight) and pre-shrunk. It has a standard length and the fabric also gives into movement like the women’s t-shirt.

Unisex
The unisex premium t-shirt feels soft and light with just the right amount of stretch. It is flattering for both men and women. It has a standard length and is a classic, everyday option for customers.

Care instructions
For best results and longer-lasting t-shirts and prints, below are the recommendations for washing your t-shirt.
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron print.
- Do not dry clean.
